John Hughes is a therapist, coach and mediator who helps individuals, couples and families improve their lives and relationships.


I started doing this work because I am passionate about helping people find and maintain healthy, secure and fulfilling relationships. We are wired for connection and interdependent by nature but our systems and structures have become anti-relationship and promote individualism. I believe with focused education, therapy and coaching that individuals, couples, families, friends and communities can move toward greater connection and healthier relationships.
