Mediation

Mediation is a process that helps people in conflict to reach mutually acceptable agreements with the help of a neutral third party. It is a voluntary, confidential and non-adversarial process that can be used to resolve a wide range of disputes, including family conflicts, workplace issues, and business disputes. Mediation is a cost-effective and time-efficient alternative to going to court and can help parties to find creative solutions that meet their unique needs and interests.

During mediation, the mediator works with the parties to identify the issues that need to be resolved and to explore possible solutions. The mediator does not take sides or make decisions for the parties, but instead helps them to communicate effectively, to understand each other's perspectives, and to find common ground. Mediation is a collaborative process that empowers parties to work together to find solutions that are acceptable to everyone involved. By choosing mediation, parties can avoid the stress, time, and expense of going to court and can work towards a more peaceful and satisfying resolution of their dispute.
